Ilmor Engineering is pleased to announce its presence at the Professional Motorsport World (PMW) Expo in Cologne, Germany from 3rd-5th November.
For the first time at the PMW show Ilmor will be displaying a cutaway version of the widely publicised Five Stroke concept engine. This allows visitors to view and interact with the internals of this ingenious energy efficient engine, and perhaps shows a glimpse of both the road and racing engines of the future. Alongside the five-stroke will be the 800cc Ilmor MotoGP engine, which demonstrates both the creativity and attention to detail that have long been hallmarks of Ilmor’s racing designs. Examples of machined castings and machined-from solid components will also be shown to give both visitors and professional buyers an idea of the state-of-the-art subcontract machining capabilities available at Ilmor.
A knowledgeable team of engineers will be on-hand to talk visitors through the finer points of the design of the engines and components on the stand. They will also explain how clients can benefit from the services offered by Ilmor, from the design, development of individual components through to whole engines, as well as the highly accurate engine test facilities which can be hired for performance, durability or emissions testing.
Ilmor Engineering Ltd. will be exhibiting on stand 1506.
