Ilmor is able to offer clients a full engine rebuild service. Any engine can be fully disassembled, internal components inspected, cleaned and renewed as required and the engine rebuilt.
We have extensive non-destructive testing and component wash facilities. Our build area is spacious, clean and, like the rest of Ilmor, staffed with the very best people using the very latest tools.

Building high performance engines
Building racing engines is quite different to series production, as the engines are assembled and disassembled many times. At each service, it is a crucial activity to decide which components to reuse.
