Simulation

The simulation department acts as Ilmor’s virtual laboratory to support and optimise the design and development processes.

COMPLETE SYSTEM

OPTIMISATION

Ilmor has a wide suite of CAE simulation tools covering fluid dynamics, mechanics and thermal modelling which encompasses all aspects of power unit optimisation.

Measured test data is continually fed back to the Simulation team to ensure the validity of all the models and the accuracy of their predictions.
