We are now looking for an experienced Stores Supervisor to manage the stores team and organise the workflow to meet the tight deadlines within the department.
You must be able to demonstrate:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory position within a store’s environment.
• Good GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades.
• A good level of IT literacy although training will be given.
• Used to working to AS9100 or ISO9001 standards.
Combined with this experience, it is essential that you possess:
• Honesty and integrity.
• The ability to organise a small team of stores personnel that cover, Goods receipt, Internal Pick list and despatch of goods.
• Organise internal stores stocktake and introduce perpetual stock audits.
• The ability to work effectively as an individual and as a member of a team, even when under pressure.
• Able to take ownership of department safe working practices and participate in health and safety audits. Report and/or resolve any perceived Health and safety risks or breaches.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good organisation skills to maintain key documents for HMRC of all Imports and Exports.
• Flexible in order to meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work additional hours to fulfil the project requirements.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written formats.
• Fork truck experience although training will be given.
• Some experience of European or International freight and shipping

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner. This integral role is responsible for production planning, material allocation and scheduling in a small, fast paced Manufacturing unit. This position requires the ability to make decisions around maximising capacity, as well as prioritising internal and external Customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
• Load customer schedules into MRP and maintain MRP adherence in line with Portfolio
• Capacity Planning vs Customer demands
• Experience in Planning & Scheduling Software (OpsCenter) or other planning tools
• Lead internal meetings for daily operational and customer status.
• Take all measures to ensure supply of components to our manufacturing work centres and to ensure continuity of supply to our customers
• Progress chase production to clearly understand status and support all departments with data to understand priorities / risk if in arrears / quality issue / material supply issue.
• Update customer requirement plans and communicate demand forecasts internally.
• Create and manage planned Production Orders.
• Work alongside purchasing team to ensure material demands are met to deliver projects on time.
• Strong Excel capability

Experience
• Experience in working in a fast-paced automotive environment
• Active user of MRP systems.
• Ideally experience of 2 or more different scheduling systems

We require an experienced Test Technician to provide dedicated support to the testing of high-performance Race/OEM powertrains (ICE & EV) to join us on a permanent bases.
You must be able to demonstrate:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ICE Testing and / or EV testing
• Good GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades
• An understanding of base engine and EV powertrain operation
• Working knowledge of Powertrain Control Systems (ICE / EV)
• In depth knowledge of full engine/EV powertrain dynamometer and sub-system rig testing
• A good level of IT literacy
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Logic approach to problem solving
• Previous High Voltage training is an advantage
